Nat has always had a passion for wellness, movement, competition and coaching. Starting at a young age, Nat was highly involved with movement, focusing on gymnastics, figure skating and soccer. She was always involved with school sports teams and extra curricular activities. No matter what, Nat wanted to learn to develop new skills, train hard, have fun and JUST MOVE! Fast forward to today and not much has changed!
